What is a Business Coach?

A business coach is there to support and guide a business owner and coach them in running their business. Usually small to medium size companies who want to maintain a leading position within their market place, even in this ever changing business climate.

A coach is a adviser to the owner not a consultant, he will advise on your plans and objectives and make sure you stick with them to a successful end. Coaching can help you produce more returns with less work by helping you to realise which strategies work and which don't.

It's lonely at the top of the tree, a coach provides you a non-bias view of your company and your decisions,we work with the owner not for the company, this allows us to develop a relationship with the owner, to help maintain focus and acheive their goals.

To kick things off, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire and strategic look at your business.

I'll ask you for all sorts of information so that we can dial in on your market opportunity, understand the competition, see how you operate, and generally figure out what's possible. Over the years, many business owners have said that this process earned back their investment for them all by itself. This is generally a two-week process, after which we will meet. It might be with just you, or the meeting could include your entire leadership team. Again, that’s something we will discuss. During that meeting we analyze the issues in your business, your market, your products and services, your opportunities, your staff, your infrastructure, your finances.

We consider everything that’s relevant to putting your business on the fastest possible track. By the end of this meeting we create a game plan designed to help you reach your goals over the next twelve months.

Over the course of the following year, we meet via telephone, typically 2-8 times each month. Many clients communicate on an ad-hoc basis between those scheduled phone meetings working on ideas, issues, marketing, sales, emergencies… whatever needs immediate attention. Occasionally we may meet face to face again during the year, if circumstances call for it.

We’ll also establish a customized dashboard to track the critical success factors and key performance indicators for business, and set up a goal tracking system that will keep you and your team (if you have one) in action and on purpose, dramatically increasing your odds of success.

In short, you will make more money and get what you want from your business.

Our Services

Starter Package

The basic package gives you a taste of what could be achieve with your time, covering the basic rules of business ownership, looking at the process of getting your business started and getting into a profitable status.

This package will help you maintain focus during this stressful and high pressure time, helping you stick to your plans and giving you someone to talk through changes and new ideas, we will look at business plans, marketing strategy, advertisting, business focus and recruitment once your company starts to grow. this will lead onto the more in-depth packages as listed below. You need to allow for 2 x one hour sessions per month.

This package is £250 +vat per month and aimed at the start up business owner.

Elite Package

You will have 4 x one hour sessions each month on the phone, in which we will look at strategy implementation and goal setting. Each session wil be tailored to your individual needs covering marketing, sales, data analysis and collection.

We will provide you with support and an extra pair of non-bias ears, to offer feedback to ideas and help you achieve the goals set. During each session we will make tough decisions and ask hard questions, but these will be agreed on and will be designed to keep you on track.
We will start the process by making and maintaining a profitable company using data collection and then using the results to make improvements. We will look at your staff roles and responsibilities, get your staff doing what they're employed to do. Using this package takes time but allows the business owner to make good steady gains, whilst using minimal time with a coach.
At the end your business will be working for you and your team will share your passion for the business that employs them.

This package is £600 +vat per month

Expert Package

This package will cover the same as the elite package but more time is spent with the coach to allow for a faster development of your business, this will also depend on the size of your company and your budget.

This package will require 6 x one hour sessions per month over the phone, and is more intenstive than before.

This package is £1000 +vat per month

Professional Package

This package covers all areas of your business and provides the business owner, by the end of the program, to have a self sufficent business to allow themselves time to concentrate on other options, either business linked or in their private life with family and friends.

This package will require 10 hours a month by phone and one to one visits, and will require a higher work load to maintain this intensive process.

This package is £2000 +vat per month
